Very happy with our experience a Whitsunday Sands Resort. Our room was clean, with a beautiful ocean view. Location is unbeatable. It is 2-min away (walking) of Horseshoe Bay and a very nice cafe. Also a nice number of walking trails if you like hiking.Janet and John were polite, responsive and provided good tips to have a nice experience. All in all, a perfect experience and we will come back. Thank you.

Last minute decision to stay in Bowen and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Felt most welcome as soon as I walked into reception with no booking. Always good to get a friendly greeting. Room was awesome. Beautiful sea views, very clean room and comfortable bed. Location great in a quiet area, but still only a 2 minute drive to get to shops if need. Will definitely come back and stay here again if in the area. Thankyou for the experience.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights recently. What a spot 🤩 Having beaches on both sides of the resort is a huge plus, and they were relatively quiet as well, which was a big surprise (we stayed in Oct). You can see sunset and sunrise at each side of the resort! The room was clean, and you can tell it's well maintained. A bonus is there's a cafe and chinese restaurant in walking distance to the resort, we tried both and they were amazing too. 👏

Lovely place to stay in a sheltered and picturesque setting. Room was very comfortable and clean with basic kitchen facilities which were most appreciated. Janet was so kind and accommodating, especially when our plans changed last minute and we had to shorten our stay due to Cyclone Jasper approaching. Friendliest hotel I've stayed at for ages!

Very happy with our stay here. Rooms are older motel style but rennovated and well maintained. Views and location are unbeatable. It's not the best looking resort pool - but who cares outside stinger season when you are litterally surrounded by amazing beaches? Very good value for money when you get million dollar views.

I stayed for two nights as a solo traveller. The place was perfect, idyllic location with great views, great facilities, exceptionally clean and such lovely management. Will be back!

Very nice stay but for only one night late August. Good location with of the water and some nice gardens. Room good size with a functional kitchenette. Quiet and walkable to the water though the beach is small but still useful. Outside of this sprawling town so must drive to get supplies, etc.

Great accommodation spot in an absolutely beautiful location. Rooms were a little tired but for the price were very good. Decent restaurant next door and the most magical walks around the peninsula make it a great spot for a stopover
